Return and Exchange Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with a purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition.

RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service with your order details. Be sure to state whether you are requesting a refund or an exchange.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

Domestic (USA) exchanges due to a P1 error or damaged item will receive free delivery on the replacement item as well as a return label to send back the faulty item. To avoid being charged the full cost of the product, the consumer has 30 days to return the defective item.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 3 business days to process returns upon the date received. 

Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

For defective products, please contact us via email to discuss and arrange a refund or exchange.

  • We have the right to refuse a full refund on items damaged by the customer.
